Ticks. Ugh.

Ticks. Nobody likes them. People ask us constantly what do we use for tick repellent. Honestly we haven't used anything. Our method is checking our bodies multiple times a day and being aware of tiny things crawling on our bodies. Frank and I have both experienced waking up from a deep sleep to a tick crawling across us and woke up in the middle of the night to see it.

Adventure Days: Reset

I love our adventure days with my family. We live in the Midcoast Maine area and there are so many wonderful things to do, see, and eat within a short distance - perfect for a daytime jaunt. Working from home, we find the need to sometimes get out, see a different landscape, eat different things, and see people. We find that it allows for a wonderful energy reset and new inspiration to flow in.
